Yung Hui (b.1991) is an artist and electronic music producer. Drawing from material culture within and along urban centers, his work considers art's function in producing nuanced forms of meaning as it emerges from relations of global capital. His practice involves pedagogical modes of stillness and reflection, ritualized through cyphers of image and sound, as provisional tools of navigation within the diasporic or otherwise fugitive condition.

Yung currently resides in the unceded territories of the Musqueum, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations (Vancouver BC, Canada).
